Royal Mail: Postal service advises customers of delays across UK

Although there are currently fewer delays than in the days leading up to Christmas, Royal Mail is still having problems. The company says it is doing its best to deliver packages across the UK, but several parts of the country are currently affected.

Not all mail was processed or dispatched on time in the past 24 hours at some post centers.

As a result, mail in these areas may be delivered a little later than expected, according to Royal Mail.

The affected mail centers are listed below.

South Midlands Mail Center: Some mail posted to other parts of the UK on Friday is due for delivery today to addresses in the CV, LE, MK and NN postcode areas.

However, there are delays in some areas.

This is due to self-isolation linked to Covid, high levels of sickness absence, resources or other local factors.
